Ironworks Visuals is a video production company founded by Jamie Lorete, whose passion for storytelling began at the age of nine when he picked up his first camera. Inspired by the belief that “iron sharpens iron” (Proverbs 27:17), the mission of Ironworks Visuals is to build lasting relationships with clients—helping them grow so that we grow alongside them.

Specializing in high-end, multi-platform digital experiences, Ironworks Visuals partners with brands, agencies, and artists who are driven to stand out. We’re passionate about creating real, inspiring videos, and we work flexibly and collaboratively to uncover and bring your vision to life.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Jamie Lorete, a Creative Director and the founder of Ironworks Visuals. My journey in video production began at just nine years old, filming skateboarding with my friends. What started as a creative spark turned into a lifelong passion, leading me to begin freelancing in 2015 and officially launch my business full-time in 2025.

From making skate videos to collaborating with well-known names like author James Patterson, I’ve been fortunate to turn my dream into a reality. As a solo producer, I bring a hands-on, passionate approach to every project, helping individuals, brands, and companies bring their visions to life.

I eat, sleep, and breathe digital content. By blending traditional filmmaking techniques with a modern approach to today’s digital platforms, I create multi-platform video content that’s both visually striking and emotionally engaging. Whether it’s a brand piece, a creative campaign, or a personal story, I aim to produce meaningful content that connects and inspires.

I believe every video when done right is a small work of art. And every project is a new opportunity to create something special.
